Apprenticeships at MaerskMaersk Training, based in Newcastle are currently recruiting for 2 Apprentices to join the team in November 2013 as part of their current expansion plan. The 2 new roles within the company are Customer Service Apprentice and Office Administration Apprentice, created due to increased industry demand for their range of Maritime and Offshore Wind training courses.
The Customer Service Apprentice will support the day-to-day running of the office with tasks including handling enquiries and bookings from new and existing clients, providing quotes for training courses and providing support for the smooth running of all courses.
The Office Administration Apprentice will be the main point of contact on Reception, answer the telephone, meet and greet clients, alongside playing a key part in ensuring a positive client experience in relation to the administration of registrations of customers.
